Australia Post Standard Delivery: Processed on business days (Monday to Friday), shipping within 1-5 business days depending on payment confirmation, delivery address, and stock availability. Free shipping for orders over $99.
Australia Post Express Service: For an additional $15, enjoy delivery within 1-3 business days. Upload your Australian nicotine prescription script for a free Express upgrade (if available).
Shipping Schedule: Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day; orders placed after 2 PM are shipped the next day. Weekend orders are processed based on urgency.
All shipping needs are met through Australia Post Standard/Express service. Please be patient, especially during COVID-19.
We recommend combo purchases or bundles for New Zealand customers for shipping optimization.
All parcels come with a tracking number, with options for delivery signature and insurance against loss/theft/damage. If no one is available to receive the parcel and the signature option isn’t chosen, New Zealand Post may leave the parcel in a designated safe place.
Return and Refund Policy:
Warranty periods vary by product, see product pages for details. Items needing repair must be returned to the manufacturer.
Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, damage from external forces, or use under conditions not recommended by the manufacturer.
For defective items, please contact customer service for a return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items opened or used unless due to quality issues. Unused items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged at the customer’s expense for shipping.
Return Conditions: Within 7 days, items must be unused and in original packaging.
Non-returnable Items:
Beyond 7 days;
Opened one-time seal packaging without quality issues;
Obvious signs of use;
Missing packaging, accessories, or receipt.
Refund Process: After inspecting your return, we’ll inform you of the refund decision. If approved, refunds are processed within 1-3 business days to the original payment method.
