Refund Details:
After an internal investigation and verification of the claim, we’ll issue a store credit or a refund to compensate for the loss.
Report any visible damage or issues within 24 hours of receipt, with photo or video evidence required.
Before returning, email us photos or videos of the damaged or defective item to aid in our assessment.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account, then contact your bank. There’s usually some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Regarding Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is due to a defective product or shipping error, we will cover the shipping costs.
